    Gets or sets the distance after which the rectangle dragging starts. If the user presses the left mouse button, but does not move the mouse more than this distance, the move will not be started.

    Target Platforms: Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later)
