NSpanCell Class

Represents a cell that is not bound to a specific row/column value and thus can span multiple columns or have a user defined layout. Span cells are typically dynamically generated by the grid. Serves as base class for NGroupRowCell, NDetailsCell and NSummaryRowCell.
