Converts the given CSS multi-length to DIPs.
Syntax
protected System.double ToDips( 
   NCssMultiLength length,
   ENSvgUnitDimension dimension,
   NSvgElement ownerElement
)

Parameters

length
CSS multi-length.
dimension
SVG unit render type.
ownerElement
Optional owner SVG element. If not set, this SVG element will be used.

Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later)
