    Serializes this external resource to a byte array.
    Syntax
    public System.byte[] ToBytes()
    Remarks
    The format is an UTF8 encoded ID, followed by a 0 byte, an UTF8 encoded name followed by a 0 byte and finally the data bytes.
    Requirements

    Target Platforms: Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later)
