Reads to the end of the comment (i.e. a "-->" sequence).
Syntax
protected virtual System.bool ReadComment( 
   out System.string comment
)

Parameters

comment
The read comment.

Return Value

False if the parser has reached its end position or should stop reading.
Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later)
