GetDataSeriesVariant Method

Creates an array variant, that contains the values of the the data point properties with the specified name.

Syntax

public NVariant GetDataSeriesVariant( 
   System.string dataSeriesName
)

Parameters

dataSeriesName: name of the data point property from which to get the values - for example Value, X etc.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.InvalidOperationException	The exception that is thrown when a method call is invalid for the object's current state.
System.ArgumentException	The exception that is thrown when one of the arguments provided to a method is not valid.

Remarks

Throws an exception if the specified dataPointPropertyName does not reference a valid property of this series data points.
