CreateElementSpecificCommands Method (NDrawingContextMenu)

Creates the menu items specific for the given element. The default implementation checks whether the element implements the Nevron.Nov.Internal.GtxC interface and if it does, calls its Nevron.Nov.Internal.GtxC.AppendContextMenuItems method.
