Represents a row condition that makes a comparison (Equal, NotEqual, LessThan, GreaterThan, LessThanOrEqualTo, GreaterThanOrEqualTo) between the current row value and a user specified value. The user specified value is specified as a string, that needs to be parsable according to the type of value provided for the row.
