CreateTopHeaderWall Method

Creates an opened border wall that fills the area enclosed by outer and inner rectangles. The top side is clipped by the specified clip start and end.

CreateTopHeaderWall(NRectangle,NRectangle,Double,Double,Double,Double)	Creates an opened border wall that fills the area enclosed by outer and inner rectangles. The top side is clipped by the specified outer start and end. TopLeft and TopRight corners are created for the inner areas.
