Gets mouse position in screen coordinates at drag tool activation time. Valid only when the tool is active.
Syntax
public NPoint StartScreenPos {get;}
Requirements

Target Platforms: Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later)
