Creates a new DOM event with the specified parameters, which belongs to the specified dom event category. The routing strategy is defined by the event category (e.g. all events in the same event category have the same routing strategy)

Syntax

public static NEvent Create( 
   System.string name,
   NSchema ownerSchema,
   System.Type eventArgsType,
   NEvent category
)

Parameters

name: event name
ownerSchema: schema which owns the event, or null if the event must be considered shared
eventArgsType: the type of the event arguments. Must be a NEventArgs derived type
category: dom event for which the event is a sub event

Target Platforms: Windows 11, Windows 10, Windows 7, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016, Windows Server 2012 R2, Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008 (Server Core not supported), Windows Server 2008 R2 (Server Core supported with SP1 or later)
