Glues the port location and direction to a relative position along the owner shape line.

GlueToShapeLine(Double,Double,Boolean,NAngle)	Glues the port location and direction to a relative position along the owner shape line.
GlueToShapeLine(Double,Double)	Glues the port location to a relative position along the owner shape line. The direction is not affected by the this binding.
